DELIVERY

All items will be dispatched within 2/3 working days after the order has been confirmed via Royal Mail postal service. 

  • UK Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked service and you will receive email / text notifications with tracking details.  
  • International orders will be sent via Tracked (and Signed) service where available and you will receive email notifications with tracking details.
  • EU countries - You may be liable for customs & import charges and these charges are your responsibility.  If you fail to pay these charges within the timeframe given, your parcel will most likely be returned to us and you will be required pay a second postage fee for us to ship again.  Any refunds will deduct the initial postage fee should this be requested.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us arrange this. Any customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically via original method of payment, within a certain 2 days.
